This review is specifically about the staff at the Charlotte/Pineville Hampton. My son lost his Apple Watch in our room. We searched the entire room and couldn’t find it. I left a note at the front desk with our contact information. About a week and a half later, I called them to inquire if it had been found…..and they had it! They held it for us until we were able to make it back to Charlotte 3 weeks later. This is a level of honesty and integrity we often find lacking in many interactions today. Thank you Pineville Hampton!

The location was convenient and easily accessible to restaurants and stores. The bed was very comfortable and had a nice warm quilt. The full breakfast was decent.

Staff was extremely friendly and the location was excellent! Close to mall and several good restaurants. There was also a beautiful park close by to walk around which had a dog park and kids playground.

I liked the layout and style of the hotel. There was a challenge with breakfast the first day, but Jennifer and JJ corrected it and it was much better the next few days. Latesha at the front desk and the housekeeping staff were also very helpful. Thank you all!

The breakfast was great although I was a bit disappointed as there was no bacon.I loved the little circle waffle maker and that there was different selections to put on the waffles. I was thankful for the vanilla creamer.

This location is beautiful! Very homey and modern, I loved the dark ambience. My room was clean and exactly what I was looking for and more. I wish I would have stayed longer.

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. There was an African American lady that handled the breakfast and she was AWESOME. She should definitely get a raise. I watched her handle the breakfast rush with ease and a smile. Really nice lady!!!
